Senior IT Support Engineer – 2nd / 3rd line
Location: London or Northampton, Salary: Up to £40,000
An experienced 2nd – 3rd Line Support Engineer is needed to join one of the UK’s leading Fintech companies, within the B2B insurance space, for either their London or Northampton office.
You will be highly skilled in supporting internal users, and use Windows Server and Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP on a daily basis.
Here's what you will be doing:
Providing 2nd and 3rd support and dealing with escalations
Windows Server, Networking, TCP/IP, Active Directory support
Providing guidance and mentoring to the 1st and 2nd line teams
experienced deploying, supporting, and managing laptops running Windows 10
experienced using service management and project management tools (such as Fresh Service and Jira)
Experienced deploying, supporting, and managing Apple MacBooks using Jamf MDM
