Senior Support Analysts/ Service engineer -Ribchester

Major recruitent is currently working on behalf of a client who, due to business growth and expansion, requires talented Senior Support Analysts/ Service engineers to join their growing team.

This role is to act as a senior resource in the team to manage escalated tickets

My Client is a 24x7x365 support business servicing customers throughout the UK and abroad (UK speaking) they are a Family business which is growing out of SME and into med size which regularly creates job opportunities and development for promotions past service desk. They are continually growing and cover some amazing clients nationwide in multiple sectors;

* Hospitality,

* Retail,

* Manufacturing, Engineering & Logistics,

* Health Care- Private,

* Property Management

This role is office based and acts a s support for the Service Desk manager, 2nd line support analysts will report in to you for decisions on escalated tickets.

They require multi skilled engineers who are fluent in dealing with first & second line support issues and the ability to control and escalate tickets according to SLA's,strong communication and people management skills are a must.

Our desired candidates need to be punctual, professional, smart and very confident with customers and analysts.

You will be working regular hours .9.00 to 5.30 monday to Friday but will manage a team who work on a 24/7/365 rota and therefore work on a shift basis, on a varied pattern along with standard core hours.

Senior Service Engineers must have strong fundamental knowledge on Windows O.S- 8.1, 10, Server 2016 and above.

Fluent with Microsoft Exchange Server, Office & Microsoft 365 including Azure A.D and Sharepoint.
