Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Analyst

Location: Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Coventry, CV6 6NY

Trust: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust

Shift Patterns: Possible Hybrid/Remote, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £23.52/Hr.

JOB SUMMARY:

To provide day-to-day server support for the operation, control, and maintenance of all server infrastructures within the organisation. Participate in the ongoing implementation, development, and support of Microsoft Cloud technologies.

Handle infrastructure-related incidents to resolution and pursue problem and change management where appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Handle infrastructure-related incidents to resolution and pursue problem and change management where appropriate.

* Take part in patching, updating, monitoring, and reporting of the trust's systems and services to improve its cyber security posture.

* Participate in the ongoing IT Collaborative backup regime, including ensuring backup routines are appropriate for systems and they complete successfully as well as changing backup media where appropriate.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

* At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Technologies including Azure, MFA, Intune, Teams, Purview, Defender, and Exchange Online.

* Expertise in VMware Technologies, preferably ESXi version 7 and above.

* Strong familiarity with Windows Server Operating systems from 2016 onwards.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

* Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication is desirable.

* Familiarity with Storage Attached Networks (SAN) Technologies, preferably NetApp.

* Experience with SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) is desirable.

* Knowledge of Sophos Central is a plus.

This role may require you to show evidence Diploma or ECDL or at least 2 years relevant experience.
