Role overview: Senior HR Business Partner – Contract- 6M
Our client, a global international leader, is looking for an HR Business Partner to join its dynamic HR Business Partnering team for 6 months to support key projects.
What you’ll be doing:
* Taking CoE guidance to lead the performance review process for a large global business unit and providing guidance to the wider European HR team where necessary. Leading on facilitating calibrations sessions globally and complying metrics/data ready for calibration sessions.
* Supporting the HR Director of a large global business unit by;
* Being an escalation point for more junior HR ops on a day-to-day matters such as Employee Relations cases (appeals and complex cases) and general advice on best practice
* From time to time stepping in to have coaching conversations with SVPs to support them in managing conflict in their teams where needed
* Provide hands on consultation support during re-org activity
* Assisting in connecting the dots of businesses’ global reach of 25 countries by acting as a HR conduit between territories and global decision making.
* Providing UK support to the Director of Global Marketing (US based) by coaching the UK based Senior HR leaders for Marketing through complex situations
What we are looking for:
* Must have experience of working in large matrix organisations with US based colleagues and CoEs.
* Must have experience of leading year end performance calibration processes across various locations.
* Ability to work independently but be hands-on to execute operational work
* Has managed a team directly or indirectly
* Experienced at coaching for performance at a senior level
* Comfortable working in highly ambiguous situations
