As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will work as part of the product development team responsible for the design and test of software for high value engineering products. Working through the full lifecycle you will see projects from concept stage to manufacturing which is all housed under one roof.

The role:

* Team of 4 in software / 40 in R&D (Multidisciplined engineer)
* State of the art facility
* Full lifecycle development of high value engineering products (2-5 years lifecycle)
* Working in a team environment relatively unsupervised.
* C Programming (Object orientated style approach).
* Real time operating systems
* Low-level Microcontroller interfaces (UART, CAN Bus, I2C, SPI, ADC and DAC)
* Hands on embedded software and hardware integration, verification, and testing.

The Person:

* Strong C programming experience
* Experience in Real time operating Systems
* Full product lifecycle development experience.
* Embedded software and hardware integration, verification, and testing experience.
* Ability to read electronics schematic diagrams and component datasheets
