Senior Digital Account Manager / Account Director

This leading Innovations Agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager / Account Director to join them and work with their well-known brands and companies, producing innovative digital products which involves user-centered design across mobile, web and emerging technologies.

The focus is to build and maintain positive and enduring client relationships across multiple levels of client-side management including Senior/Chief executives within the client’s organisation. Your role will naturally require you to get to know their clients’ business operation and become a familiar face.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Being the primary point of contact, act as a trusted strategic business partner, and be their voice within the agency.

– Helping build a pipeline of future work to maximise account and revenue growth.

– Driving strategic insight and excellence to meet client needs and continually demonstrate the value of our output to their business

– Forecasting resource requirements for upcoming projects to ensure the work is planned for

– Briefing the Project Managers and project team on new projects, and ensure clients’ objectives and expectations are well understood

Nice to have’s:

* 3 years+ experience of Digital Account Management.

* Experience in delivering technology projects both web and mobile

* Takes ownership of a task and its outcome

* Headstrong and resilient – (great work doesn’t come easy)

* On the pulse across digital and technology

* Digital product, mobile and technology knowledge.

* Experience working in an agency environment

* Experience planning and executing commercial growth account

* Experience managing a full project team

* Knowledge across a whole spectrum of digital product development (website and mobile apps)
