Senior Data Scientist Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Data Scientist! In this key role, you'll develop and maintain advanced analytic products, including data schemas, statistical models, and reports. You'll collaborate with various teams, uncover new opportunities, and share insights that drive our success.

This is a hybrid position based in Cambridge, requiring occasional office visits (1-2 times a week). 
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and team members to prioritize impactful projects.
Lead the development and deployment of statistical models and algorithms.
Analyze large customer data sets, identifying risks and testing assumptions.
Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team strategy.
Recruit and grow our Data Science team.Must-Haves:

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or other programming languages.
Experience with real-time machine learning model deployment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.Nice-to-Haves:

Ph.D. or advanced degree in a related field.
Experience with Linux, SQL, and version control (Git).
Background in banking and payments.
