Who are you?
The key to their future success rests on the synonymous evolution of the tech and product with a major focus for this role being the lead developer on their in-house booking system. You will take pride in delivering a world-class product, upholding coding standards and regularly releasing value to the diverse community of artists who are part of their ever-growing community.
You'll work on various digital products including, but not limited to, the brand new in-house built booking system (mentioned above), IoT services that control aspects of the spaces remotely and locally, an audio and video live streaming service, an online community and some other secrets in the pipeline…
You'll need to be:
Lead developer on our bespoke booking system
Partner to a Product Manager, planning the roadmap and sprints
Builder of production-ready code
Mentor and lead to colleagues
The tech stack is one of the most exciting I've seen. It's more than is required for your usual websites and booking systems; it includes IoT devices, physical hardware integrations and more. Here are some of the tools and technologies you will be using on the back-end of the booking system. Don't worry if your experience isn't an exact fit:
It is however key you have:
Proven experience of professional programming
Leading a team of Developers
Building REST services and APIs
Understanding web performance analysis and optimisation
Working within a product-driven team following agile and scrum methodologies
Bonus points for front end experience and understanding of functional programming
