SAP Success Factors Developer

My client seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Developer to join the team. This is a remote working role but you may need to occasionally have onsite visits at the client’s offices in Kent. Duration is expected to be 3 months or possibly longer.

You will be tasked with the integration between the SAP SuccessFactors platform and an internal candidate screening software. This work will be undertaken in close collaboration with the internal development team along with any resources in the SAP Integrations team. It will involve covering all aspects of the integration – research, specification, development, testing, documentation and delivery.

The integration will need to:

• Implement any required authorisation

• Present any required static data from Credence with SAP SuccessFactors

• Provide the ability so submit a background screening request to Credence and feedback any errors/information

• Pre-populate candidate data to reduce duplicate entry

• Provide the ability to show the status of all background screening requests and associated elements within the SAP SuccessFactors platform

• Provide a link to, or attach a final background screening report on case completion within the SAP SuccessFactors platform

• Be successfully tested and signed off as a certified SAP SuccessFactors integration

Essential Skills and Experience

* SAP Success Factors

* C# and .Net Framework, .Net Core

* SQL and SQL Server database knowledge

* Git – knowledge of code versioning, branching and deployment issues

* Secure software development practices following established patterns

* Solid experience of developing high quality software systems

* Good communication skill, both written and verbal

Additional Skills

* Experience in designing, building and operating applications in the cloud including Azure

* Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD

* Applications Insights or similar

* Appreciation of system diagnostics and their use to resolve issues

* A good understanding of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 accreditations

* Commercial awareness

Interpersonal skills:

* Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage own time effectively. Establish efficient work practices and work towards deadlines

* Can present difficult ideas well and give clear instructions to ensure mutual understanding and able to give clear and reasoned feedback

* A perceptive thinker who thinks problems through w, and who confronts and overcomes difficulties without instruction
