Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: Remote working opportunity (Must be a residing in the UK)
Salary: circa £85,000 to £100,000+ (DOE)
You MUST have RTW in the UK (no sponsorship available)
We are looking for Salesforce Technical Architect to join our growing Salesforce Practice.
The candidate should be an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who thrives within a dynamic fast-paced environment, where they can apply their skills and provide technical leadership to others.
Candidates should be from a strong technical background, with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and coding best practices such as SOLID principles. We want someone who will add value to our existing team, bringing thought leadership, innovative new ideas, drive key business decisions and a hands-on supportive approach.
We are looking to appoint on a permanent basis. Agency calls will not be taken.

Our Salesforce Practice currently holds over 100 Salesforce certifications, and we want to keep growing.
We are looking for someone to join our Salesforce Practice in this senior role to provide technical leadership that will allow us to deliver Salesforce projects and ongoing services to our Salesforce customers.
Direct and influence the portfolio of Salesforce products and services that we deliver and help provide the training, materials and solutions to allow the team to deliver them.

Provide support and leadership for the technical delivery, the team and the products and services we deliver to our customers
Influence and drive the portfolio of products and services that we deliver
Assist and support all planning and improvement activities across the practice
Maintain a high level of platform knowledge, understanding and awareness
Help develop and nurture the relationship with Salesforce across all levels
Provide assistance to the commercial teams during the sales and marketing activitiesRequirements
Minimum 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect, and Technical Architect certifications
Participation in each phase of the delivery lifecycle (e.g., discovery, analysis, design, architect, build, deploy and support)
Demonstrated abilities: defining systems strategy, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions
