Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Product Owner, you'll lead as the Salesforce Change Lead, driving best practices and delivering Salesforce improvements for their operations teams. You'll collaborate with cross-functional squads to ensure a continual flow of development-ready work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and understand key processes, pain points, and strategic goals.

* Own and maintain the Operations Salesforce improvement backlog, prioritizing based on business value and strategic objectives.

* Translate business needs into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.

* Develop and maintain the Operations Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

* Champion Salesforce best practices and contribute to the wider platform roadmap.

* Ensure data quality and safeguard against common errors through good data hygiene processes.

* Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvements.

Role Requirements:

* Experience delivering operational improvements and managing a backlog of work.

* Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud with a good understanding of its core capabilities.

* Familiarity with Agile practices (e.g., scrum, kanban) and tools like Jira.

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Ability to work under tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities.

* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business.

* CII qualification preferred but not essential.
