Team – Intermediary Sales Analytics
Working Pattern – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
You will assist distribution to reach as many customers as possible to achieve our core purpose of making people healthier and enhancing and protecting their lives. To achieve this you will support the migration of the self-service reporting suite onto either Salesforce CRM Analytics or the Power BI platform. The role will also involve creating new reporting, information and insight into the performance of distribution primarily through these platforms. This will enable effective strategic decision making which, ultimately, enhances performance across the business
Helps to transition reporting from Tibco Spotfire to Power BI and/or CRM Analytics platforms
Develops MI solutions and reports on CRM Analytics and/or Power BI platforms for self-service consumption
Works with the team and BI Manager to run an efficient SDLC
Assist the migration of existing manual reporting into CRM Analytics and Power BI to improve efficiency and drive automation
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key distribution stakeholders with the aim of iteratively enhancing the reporting suite
Managing inbound queries including administering joiners and leavers
Building and maintaining effective working relationships with the BI team and the wider data community
Identifying anomalies and issues to help drive improved data quality
Assist data governance projects
Assist the MI team with ad hoc data requests and queries
Provide Assistance to the Head of Sales Analytics Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
Educated to degree level in relevant subject (computing / programming)
3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics development
1+ years of experience in Power BI development (or equivalent)
Advanced experience of data analysis and report building
Data visualisation experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Intermediate understanding of relational database architecture and querying using SQL
Familiar with data warehousing concepts
A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines with demanding stakeholders Demonstrating effective time management skills at all times
High level of attention to detail ensuring all data is correct whilst conducting analysis.
