Purpose of Role
Act as the product manager for our Salesforce implementation, taking business requirements and either implementing these through Salesforce configuration, or managing internal or external developers to deliver
Job role and responsibilities: 
The role:

Managing the ongoing demand for changes to our Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud environments, through an agile delivery methodology
Responsible for Salesforce administration and configuration, as well as managing any development work through internal and external development resource
Owns and runs Salesforce agile board and Salesforce testing and release
Responsible for liaising with other teams and team members for larger changes that run across platforms (e.g. e-commerce/marketing Cloud)
Responsible for managing Salesforce and Natterbox Service requests and helpdesk tickets
One direct report (Salesforce Support Analyst)Core skills and experience required: 
The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years Salesforce Service/Sales cloud admin/development experience
Good knowledge of Salesforce Flows, custom objects etc.
Experience of Partner communities an advantage
Experience of Salesforce marketing Clou and related tools (Interaction Studio, Advertising Studio) desirable
Apex coding experience also desirable
Ability to work closely with other dev and infrastructure teams
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self-driven
Good team player.
