Sales Development Representative Package: 

A competitive basic salary of £24,000
Y1 OTE of £34,000 (this has potential to increase should you succeed in the role!)

Sales Development Representative Role:

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company products and offering, client base, sales process and key industry information
Working closely with senior members of the team, you will be promoting the business, engaging with prospect organisations and educating them on the benefits of working with the company
Researching potential sales opportunities through warm and cold leads, and using the leads base that is established via the results of successful marketing campaigns
Proactive outreach via telephone and e-mail to prospective and existing clients, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings- once you’re comfortable in your role, you will be conducting these meetings, demonstrating the company product and securing business
Sales Development Representative Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Full clean driving licence- you will be doing some field based sales as you progress within your role, so this is highly desirable
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Ability to prioritise and manage your own time
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
