Sales Advocate / Sales Operations Support Executive
Location – Home based (accessible to London / South East via transport links)
Salary – £30-40k basic + Bonus
This role is responsible for supporting the sales team to ensure the smooth operation of the sales function and providing excellent customer service and care.
Sales operational support
·Work closely with the Sales team to ensure day-to-day operational tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner
·Monitor post sales admin to deliver a superior customer experience and smooth on-boarding, ensuring that sales and customer success have completed tasks
·Ensuring customer's agreements are up to date, checking orders have been fulfilled.
·Supporting Sales team tasks for direct customers and partners and ad-hoc duties as assigned by Sales Management
·Monitor and make sure that Salesforce CRM is up to date and check renewals have been cloned along with other monthly/quarterly tasks.
·Checking and monitoring Info and Sales inboxes and ensuring leads are getting followed up and other requests are routed through to appropriate person.
·Ensures customer agreements in SharePoint or Salesforce to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.
·Potentially manage some SAAS sales leads to close or route to partner.
Driving business operational excellence
·Ensure key business items are completed in a timely managed way, sign off for NDAs, quarterly/monthly reporting
·Responsible for checking and updating account records, running outstanding debt reports, sending account statements, reconciling invoices with CRM quarterly with Sales Director, coordinating welcome packages, help resolving billing and other fulfilment requests
·Proactively chase people for business admin tasks including expense reporting
·Arranging quarterly team meetings and location
·Work closely with the Sales team and other departments to drive greater efficiencies of operational processes, including contracts processing, account maintenance (renewals, cancellations, maintain account details), resolving billing queries and various reporting activities to facilitate smooth product delivery and enhanced Sales support
·Liaisons with departments within and outside Sales Ops such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, etc. to resolve issues relative to contracts processing.
·Contribute to continuous process optimization
·Maintain data in Salesforce, Xero and SharePoint
·Contribute to maintaining a shared knowledge database in SharePoint of workflows and procedures.
