Our client is looking to engage with a talented Sales Support/Admin proffessional.
The successful candidate will be required to assist with all areas of sales support including:
• Liaising with vendors and customers to produce quotes and purchase orders.
• Vendor Management responsibilities inc Deal Registration and Training ect.
• Organizing maintenance renewals.
• Assist with RFP/tender process.
• Knowledge of Purchasing Portals & Frameworks.
• Proof reading documents where necessary.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure continuity.
• Updating the calendar with central events – physical or remote.
• Manage Global delivery.
• To assist with import/export matters for Global delivery.
• Any other sales support and administrative duties required.
Applicants should possess exceptional interpersonal and organization skills as well as a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a busy sales environment within the IT industry.
Good knowledge of the following programs is essential:
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Outlook
• SalesForce – CRM
• Remote Meeting platforms – Webex/Teams/Zoom ect
Must be within 30 minutes travel of our office in Redhill, Surrey
