This successful company with a 15 year track record is a Sage authorised reseller, trainer, and provider of accounting software services specialising in Sage 200, Sage CRM and Sage Payroll. Serving the North of England from their offices near Manchester, their primary goal is to provide their clients' with unmatched service that is professional and proactive. A personal, honest relationship with each client and every employee is the cornerstone of this Sage software consultancy.

They need an additional Sage 200 Support Consultant to provide professional, friendly help desk support and advice to their clients on Sage 200 software. You will provide 1st line support, take ownership of your own cases, and work hard to meet your own and the team KPI's. You will research error sources, resolve problems and recommend resolutions and also help in training procedures and answering all client requests for Sage 200 information.

Your background:

*Previous experience as a Support Consultant / Support Analyst or in an internal help desk role trouble shooting Sage 200 problems
*Hands-on experience with Sage 200 commercials and financials
*Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, Sage CRM, Sage Payroll or SQL Server a bonus
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Well organized, able to multi-task, attention to detail
*Enthusiastic and a great team player
