We are an integrator and SaaS based business located in Central London seeking a talented Technical Project Manager who wants to develop a career in Project Management, to join our team on a permanent basis. The role offers the opportunity to work on external client projects developing cutting-edge solutions for globally recognised Media & Publishing brands. This is a key role in our development group with significant impact on project activities and organisational success.

As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Design

Project Execution

Project Monitoring, Controlling and completion

Project Schedules

Detailed Project Plans

Project Scope Statements

Cost Estimates

Resource Plans

Risks and Issues Logs

Status Reports

You will be approachable and will have the ability to engage with clients. Confidence, passion, accountability and a vibrant personality are very important for us. You will communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers in regard to project deliverables including managing expectations, presenting and interfacing with clients.

Manage the day to day activities of projects and staff; communicate with client project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.

Keep management informed about schedules, prioritization, client queries, risks, and resource allocation.

Required Skills and experience:

At least 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager / Junior Project Manager

*

Confident and at ease when sharing and exchanging information with co-workers and clients.

*

Time management is crucial. You have an innate sense of how to prioritise and can manage multiple projects.

*

Critical thinking and problem solving are a must, dealing with demanding client queries day to day and keeping a regular audit of all activity.

*

Task Management works closely with the development teams to ensure timelines are met and consistently keep on top of progress.

*

Communication skills will be first-rate.

*

A proactive approach to work and a strong work ethic.

*

A technical background will be advantageous.
