A new requirement has arisen for a Project Administrator to join our client based in Altrincham initially on a 12 month contract basis…

Supporting the Project Control Officers with administration

Collating and updating reports and uploading onto a portal

Supporting with admin for travel and accommodation bookings 

Monitoring the inbox, checking all email correspondence 

Booking engineers, assisting with engineer scheduling and liaising with recruitment specialists 

Experience:

Relevant experience required, ideally from a construction, engineering or scheduling background

Confident, good telephone manner and IT skills

Hours: 9 – 5:30 Mon – Fri 

Salary: £22,000 rising to £24,000
