Programme Benefits Manager required to join a travel company who have embarked on an exciting project.

The Programme Benefits Manager is responsible for collaborating with external key stakeholders to define, implement and manage the Benefits management framework to maximise the benefits of the significant investment in the programme. The Programme Benefits Manager will manage the integrated approach to benefits and requirements management working closely across the whole programme to identify, plan, realise, review and report on Programme benefits. They will coach and support colleagues on all aspects of embedding the Benefits Management activities within the Programme delivery lifecycle.

Essentials of the role:

Be the Subject matter expert on benefits management for the whole programme and implement the tools and processes to facilitate the delivery of the end to end benefits management activities
Build a comprehensive, clear, simple and compelling benefits model working with internal and external stakeholders using agreed practice, and integrating with Requirements management
Maintain benefits profiles at Programme and Project level building these as new products are developed
Embed Benefits Management into the Programme delivery Lifecyle and manage essential deliverables from benefits management including strategy, benefit maps, profiles and schedules using allocated resources
Collaborate with external delivery partners to ensure that programme outputs are aligned to, and integrated with, the delivery of programme capability and the benefits that facilitate the realisation of the strategic goals
Measure, monitor and report on business key performance indicators (KPIs) affected by change
Identify the impact of performance variance on KPIs for change.
Identify and manage risks to benefits
Build the Stakeholder engagement and Communication plan to enable the effective relationships and collaborations with all relevant departments and stakeholders to deliver the benefits outcomesJob specific knowledge and skills

Significant Business Change management experience
Significant experience in benefits management and methodology
Highly competent in dealing with financial and other metrics to provide clear analysis – supporting decision making, tracking progress in benefits realisation and identifying key risks and dependencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Negotiating and influencing skills
