Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of Shopify-based e-commerce solutions.
Define and prioritise product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Oversee the product lifecycle, from inception through launch and ongoing optimisation.
Monitor platform performance, implement improvements, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Essential Skills

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
Demonstrable expertise with Shopify platform management and customisation.
Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and customer experience principles.
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills

Experience with APIs, Integrations and analytics tools
Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
