Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts focused on aftermarket parts readiness. You'll play a key role in ensuring that every product launch is supported by the right parts, at the right time, in the right place.

Role: NPI Product Manager
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Birchwood, Warrington
Working Days: 5 days/week in office
Duration: Contract (12 months)

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end aftermarket readiness for new product launches.
Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and product teams to manage global NPI programs.
Develop stocking strategies and ensure supplier alignment pre- and post-launch.
Improve NPI processes and report on readiness metrics.

What You Bring:

Solid experience in NPI, program/project management, or supply chain.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across global teams.
A degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field.
