Harvey Nash are working with a transformative client who are looking to add a dynamic Product Manager to the team.
The Product Manager will work in a team of POs reporting to the Head of IS, with this role taking ownership over innovation within the organisation, it's is a unique opportunity that isn't limited to only one product area.
This role will involve taking, scoping and prioritising innovation ideas from the business, or workshops, organising and pulling together teams to deliver, and then handing over of the product into the appropriate product line for the long term. The role may be best suited to a candidate that enjoys a dynamic environment, which is fast passed and able to pivot to achieve the best results.
You should have experience of / be comfortable with:
Partnering with internal business and external software providers and vendors to achieve results
Strong internal stakeholder engagement and management up to director level, you may be asked to assist the Head of IS in executive workshops and meetings
Ability to take people on a journey with you and buy into that journey
Able to effectively manage and prioritise possible innovation ideas and requirements
Being able to pick up new product ideas quickly and dynamically
Demonstrable track record of successful product development and delivery
Road mapping and productisationCurrently this position has 1 direct report, with massive potential to grow the function. We're looking for an individual who embraces and pursues meaningful change who can come and drive this function for our client.
