Process Analyst, Insurance, Financial Services

£60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package

Process Analyst, Process Redesign, Process Reengineering, Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation, Process Review, Insurance, London Markets, Financial Services.

A global Insurance business are currently seeking a Process Specialist to join them on a permanent basis in London. The successful candidate will be required to have Process Redesign and London Markets experience, alongside very strong communication skills.

£60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus and Benefits Package

Essential Requirements:

Experience working as a Process Analyst or Process Specialist
Excellent knowledge of transformation, change management and operational improvement
Experience working within London Markets Insurance
Experience using Visio and other process mapping tools
Knowledge of/ qualifications within Lean Six Sigma would be highly beneficial
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working with and managing a variety of stakeholders
