Staffline the UK’s leading recruiter and work force provider have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Success Lead to join our Analysis and Change team.
The Analysis and Change team act as the go between for the Digital department and our operational teams, supporting with the implementation of initiatives and digital and business change into Staffline Recruitment. The role will involve working closely with the Digital teams, third parties and all other areas of the business in defining requirements and helping identify and design new processes, systems, and solutions to meet business problems and enable opportunities.
Due to COVID-19 and social distancing guidelines, this role is currently home based, but once safe to do so the role will require occasional travel to sites or our office in Nottingham for project meetings.

The Portfolio Success Lead Role
Ensuring the delivery of the Staffline Recruitment portfolio is on track, escalating delivery and portfolio risks as needed.
Providing insight and management reporting on progress against the Staffline Recruitment portfolio plan.
Supporting the Transformation Director with Digital Risk Management activities.
Facilitating the Setting Us Up For Success process for new initiatives.
Liaising with and supporting key clients with their pain points, issues and business needs and determining where Digital can provide solutions.
Working within the Digital team to understand changes, ensuring they’re considered and aligned with the priorities and work together holistically.
Responsible for ensuring initiatives land as planned and are considered a success.
Undertaking business change activities to support delivery and successful implementations in conjunction with the Process and Change leads.
Providing support for client go lives, including post implementation monitoring and client care, measuring success and supporting the handover into BAU.
Acting as the ‘Product Champion’ at sites for the solutions we deliver.
Who are we looking for?
You will have broad and demonstrable experience of working to deliver projects, business change, and data insights that drive operational excellence; as well as:
Experience of working on highly complex projects that have a large breadth of impact both in terms of scale and strategic importance.
Experience of supporting clients and stakeholders through change.
Proven experience and knowledge of Portfolio Delivery best practice.
Experience of delivering within Agile Scrum frameworks.
You will have a high level of commercial and strategic awareness specifically in benefits planning and realisation.
A strong competence in complex problem solving.
You will have the ability to cope with fast paced, changing environments, ambiguity, and multiple demands.
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
You will have the capability to clearly articulate concepts and ideas, challenge effectively and manage expectations.
A goal oriented and ‘can do’ attitude, tenacity, drive, initiative, and creativity.
