Portfolio/Project Manager
Job Description
We have a new requirement for a Portfolio Development Manager.
Our client is looking for strong programme/project delivery experience in Telco or Technology environments, and proven capability leading complex cross‑functional development or change activity. This role requires someone who can drive delivery end‑to‑end, operate confidently with senior stakeholders, and support the launch of new products and solutions into our business portfolio.
Locations across London, Birmingham, Bristol, ManchesterWorking Arrangements: 3 Office days, 2 flexible
IR35: Inside Day Rate: £440 – £640
Duration: 6 Month initial engagement.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years' programme/project management experience
Delivery experience across full lifecycle (justify → define → develop → trial → launch)
Strong agile delivery background (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Experience leading or coordinating multifunctional virtual teams
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
Technical understanding of product or technology domains
Experience in telco/technology environments is essential.
Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, ITIL or Agile are desirable.
