As a PMO Planner, your responsibilities will include:
Working within the Project Management Office (PMO) and supporting the leadership team in the delivery of Transformation Programme and CAPEX projects.
Tracking the progress of all programmes and become a point of contact for planning resource across the business.
Providing Microsoft Project expertise and knowledge, you’ll monitor progress, co-ordinating any updates including programme progress & budgets.
Carrying out day-to-day activities for programme-level reporting including collation of completed project report templates and required information.
We are looking for a PMO Planner who has the following skills and experiences:
Experience in planning using Microsoft Project, with experience of P6 Primavera being an advantage).
Experience of critical path analysis.
The ability to interrogate plans for financial and resource planning/forecasting.
Detailed knowledge of programme governance including project risks and issues.
Influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills & able to respond quickly to business changes and learn to use new systems/software easily.
This is a full-time role, but flexible working options are available such as compressed or reduced hours, job-sharing, remote working and flexible start and finish times
