Job Description
PMO Analyst – Planning and Resourcing
We are currently looking for an experienced PMO Officer, with particular knowledge around planning and resourcing as well as knowledge of the complete project lifecycle, ideally based around IT projects.
You will be assisting with the development and maintenance of project plans maintaining portfolios, working with Project Managers and Stakeholders, preparing of dashboards and tracking performance against metrics.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong experience of working within a PMO Office, with a high level of knowledge around planning and resource management.
Strong experience of MS Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
Knowledge of Project Management and planning tools, such as MS Project.
Experience of project controls, methods and frameworks including PRINCE2 and Agile.
Experience of working across IT Projects, working with technical teams, managers and Stakeholders
