PMO Analyst – Agile – Generative AI (January Start)

We are looking for an organised and proactive PMO Support professional to assist a large-scale programme delivering generative AI and data-driven capabilities into regulated business processes. The role requires strong Agile delivery experience, excellent coordination skills, and confidence supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Note, this role will be looking to start in January 26. 

Key Responsibilities

Support the Programme Manager with day-to-day PMO operations across multiple Agile workstreams.
Maintain RAID logs, track progress, monitor risks/issues, and promptly escalate blockers.
Prepare concise, high-quality slide decks, progress reports and updates for senior leadership.
Organise and run meetings, sprint ceremonies and quarterly planning workshops, ensuring actions are captured and followed through.
Coordinate cross-team communications, ensuring alignment and clarity across programme stakeholders.
Provide structured support to activities involving automation, regulatory analysis, and AI-driven content generation.Skills & Experience

Strong PMO/Project Coordination experience within large, complex programmes.
Solid grounding in Agile delivery, including familiarity with sprint planning, ceremonies, and iterative delivery models.
Experience planning and facilitating quarterly workshops (e.g., QBRs, PI Planning, roadmap sessions).
Highly organised, reliable and detail-focused; able to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce polished slides and documentation.
Experience working on data, AI or regulatory transformation programmes is highly desirable
