On-Site Technician / 2nd Line Support (VIP/Exec)

Office Based – Central London

On-Site Technician / 2nd Line Support – we have a new contract opportunity working for a leading IT Managed Services company on site at their end customer. Working onsite/office based 5 days a week you will join a team of experienced 2nd Line Support Engineers, supporting VIP and Execs.

Your role encompasses both VIP / AV and Managed work place Technician, managing fault calls, service requests and planned changes, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and staffing the IT Support Helpdesk.

Skills & Experience Required:

We are looking for someone with:

PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair
Windows 10 and Mac IOS familiarity (Mac IOS desirable)
This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
Experienced in providing the following AV services: fault calls, service requests, planned changes, VOIP telephony support, high level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support, PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair, O365, Windows 10, Deskside support
Call management ServiceNow support
BAU Support experience
Supporting and manning the Technical AV Help Desk
AV & IT Deskside support and stock control experience
Excellent client facing experience
