Office Relocation Project Manager – remote

My client is looking for an experienced Office Relocation Project Manager to deliver a small but highly complex office move.
The Office Relocation Project Manager will be responsible for end to end delivery, leading the programme of work in preparation prior to the move, as well as the transition itself and then embedding the organisation into their new space.
You will work with a 3rd party property company to select a new site as well as pulling together various teams and stakeholders internally, including but not limited to, HR, Finance and IT.
Skills & Experience required;
·Extensive experience of Project/Programme Management of complex property moves projects, ideally multiple office relocations
·General knowledge of real estate
·Demonstrable experience of moves involving designing and embedding hybrid working practices essential.
·Brief creation – Requirements capture for both employer organisational requirements and operational requirements.
·Managing a path that ensures requirements that may have interdependencies and conflicting needs can be resolved to mutual satisfaction.
·Turning requirements into detailed and effective outcomes and project deliverables
·Robust project management and reporting for multiple levels of stakeholders
·Multi-disciplinary working with various senior stakeholders and operations to understand their current and future requirements to create an inclusive workplace that promotes teamwork, partnership and collaboration..
·Working with third parties to ensure timely delivery
·Reporting in a matrix management structure
·Depending on the new property acquisition options, there may be an element of Cat B fit-out and the project management of third parties, as required.
This role can be based remotely with some travel to sites across the West Sussex area as needed.
The role has been deemed outside IR35
