Nordic Technical Support Representative
Location: London (could be remote in the UK)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year
Working hours: Monday – Friday, normal office hours

Job role: taking care of a portfolio of Scandinavian clients and providing outstanding IT customer support and service, mainly over phone and e-mail.
As the company operates in the Educational sector, we very much welcome university graduates with strong academic backgrounds as well as more experienced Customer Service & Technical Support professionals.
·Fluent in Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian, plus excellent English
·Some previous experience in a Customer Service, Client Service, Customer Support or Technical Support (IT Support)
·University degree (we will consider any disciplines including Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or similar)
·Excellent relationship-building skills and strong communication
·Strong writing skills and attention to detail
·Strong IT skills
·Looking for a permanent, long-term position with a reliable, international company in the UK
What you will be doing:
·Manage a portfolio of corporate customers
·Provide excellent customer service, IT support & training, mainly by email but sometimes also over the phone
·Find solutions to client’s problems, by first finding the source of the problem (for example: has the invoice been paid? is there a technical problem?)
·Always finding the right balance between what’s best for the customer and best for the business
·Use several different computer systems and platforms (CRM, databases etc)
·Help create and maintain an enjoyable team working environment!
