Network Support Engineer required by a growing IT solutions company based in Romford to help support their clients based in the Essex area in both a remote and face to face capacity. The Network Support Engineer will be familiar with the support of Windows operating systems and work stations, SharePoint, Office 365, Defender anti-virus software and Sonicwall, as well as standard network support.
This role is 80% remote support in a working from home capacity, and 20% being present across around 30 client sites, assisting with any network issues and providing exceptional customer service. The clients that will be supporting tend to be operating within multi-tenant, multi-site Windows environments, varying from on-prem to virtual.
