Network Business Analyst / Technical Delivery Manager (IT Networks) Telecoms
In this role, you will be liaising with a vast amount of internal and external stakeholders, either those responsible for product lines or those who are wanting to launch new products or modify products in the Ethernet area. It might be transformation teams or operations teams that would like to make the life of their people easier, by cutting down operational intensity time.
Your role in this team will be to understand the roadmap, what the key stakeholders are looking to achieve, the benefits, and why. Once established, move to next level of detail onto "how". How the features will work, drafting technical target statements and then passing to engineering teams who ultimately build code and the networks.
This role is much more than just analysing the data, capturing the business requirements and deciphering the process. This role has much more interaction with the design teams, end to end, ensuring that the designs being development are reviewed and meeting customer requirements and when delivery issues arise, working with appropriate delivery teams to being the project back on track.
The technical delivery in this role is more around solving delivery issues.
Pressure points might be, getting the right balance between delivering benefits by the time the business needs it at a viable cost.
For this role, we really need someone who is highly driven and able to pick things up quickly.
Needs someone with lots of urgency and excellent project management skills. Skills and Experience:
Strong technical knowledge of Ethernet or similar IT Network products, services and network components.
A high level of technical programme management experience.
An ability to define and lead complex change programmes.
Customer focused, driven to improve the customer experience.
