My client a leading NetSuite Partner that services UK and international clients is seeking a high performing Sales / Business Development Professional for new client acquisition and boosting revenue and growth.
The BDM is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and positioning my client's NetSuite offerings as the preferred choice in the market.
My client's services include – NetSuite Consultancy/Implementations | SuiteApp Development | Customer Support Services
This role requires an understanding of NetSuite, ERP systems, cloud technology, and the unique needs of businesses in various industries.
Role Responsibilities
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and Providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
•Identify a pipeline of business and build on existing relationships.
•Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
•Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
•Present, promote and sell products/services using ability to influence and advocate to existing and prospective clients
Customer / Market Analysis
•Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction Market Analysis and Business Opportunities •Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. •Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Sales Targets
•Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. •Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in NetSuite and provide regular reports to leadership team
