Mid-Level .NET Software Engineer – Hybrid (2 Days On-Site – Near Taunton)

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to both greenfield microservices architecture projects and the enhancement of existing WPF-based applications. You’ll work closely with electrical and systems engineers, integrating software with specialist hardware used worldwide.

This is a collaborative, engineering-led environment where code quality, SOLID principles, and architectural thinking are highly valued. You’ll join a team with a strong reputation for developing robust, real-world solutions, and you’ll have a real voice in technical direction.

Tech Snapshot

* C#, .NET (modern and legacy)

* Vue.js (or similar modern front-end)

* Azure (migration in progress)

What They're Looking For

* 2+ years of commercial software development experience

* Strong understanding of clean architecture and SOLID design

* Comfortable working in an engineering or product-focused environment

* Hardware integration experience a bonus, but not essential
