Microsoft 365 Platform Lead
M365, O365, Azure, SharePoint Online, IAM, Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Permanent | London/Hybrid | Up to £75,000 DOE

Charles Simon Associates is recruiting for a Microsoft 365 Platform Lead to join a global organisation headquartered in Central London. This is a permanent opportunity offering a hybrid working model (2 days onsite per week).

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the configuration, performance, and lifecycle of M365 services across the business.

* Ensure optimal utilisation of Microsoft E5 capabilities.

* Act as the final escalation point for complex platform issues.

* Lead and mentor a small team of escalation engineers.

* Define and enforce governance policies for global M365 usage.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.

* Manage relationships with external vendors and networking partners.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Strong hands-on experience with M365 administration (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD).

* Proven track record in managing third-party vendor relationships.

* Deep understanding of Microsoft E5 licensing and platform governance.

* Experience in access management and security configuration.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Previous leadership or team management experience.

Desirable Skills:

* PowerShell scripting.

* Exposure to 3CX, Mimecast, or Zoho ServiceDesk.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Purview
