This role is ideally suited to someone who wants to put their stamp on M365 over the next 6 months, although it’s likely this engagement will run and run!
What you’ll be doing!
Advising non-ICT colleagues and presenting clear accessible reports/business cases for senior managers and elected members.
Using extensive practical knowledge of Microsoft services, secure solution design, identity management and M365 services to enhance and optimise enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 products
In-depth knowledge of securing and managing application and data services including mobile apps
Operating at a senior level in a large ICT Service environment, managing and delivering change
Proven success managing large complex ICT projects and leading a project team
Substantial experience in managing identity, M365 services and associated infrastructure.
Skills you’ll need to bring!
Extensive knowledge and experience configuring and managing all Microsoft 365 workloads, especially:
Experience managing Azure Service Principles/Enterprise Applications and integration using SAML, OAuth and Graph
Knowledge of Power Platform administration and D365
Knowledge of PowerShell and PowerShell scripting
Experience in using Microsoft Compliance and Security portals
Experience managing Android + iOS devices in InTune/MEM
Knowledge of Teams Direct Routing
Experience troubleshooting complex problems in all the above
Given the size and complexity of the project, it is likely that this will be the first of many engagements, however, the initial contract is for a min of 6 months. As such this role will be outside IR35. However, it will give you the opportunity to gain invaluable experience, together with fully funded formal Microsoft training alongside many other opportunities and benefits!
Please note, you would be expected to be on-site in Derbyshire, one to two days every two to three weeks. Start dates would be immediate or up to 4 weeks, for notice periods and there are multiple roles available. The interview process is slick, virtual and will offer first-time contractors a way into the contract market!
