CMD Specialist – Remote (UK)

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are recruiting for a CMD Specialist on behalf of our established North Europe client. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, analytical individual with strong data management skills and confidence working across multiple systems.

The Role:
As a CMD Specialist, you will:

Maintain and update accurate customer and product master data

Act as the go-to contact for CMD queries in your assigned market

Ensure correct product visibility, exclusivity rules and sales data

Support order, shipment and return workflows through accurate system setup

Work with systems including SAP, CRM tools and internal digital platforms

Produce reports, dashboards and presentations using Microsoft Office

Liaise with sales teams, showrooms and internal departments to resolve data issues

Assist with new product releases and digital tool updates

Prioritise incoming requests and manage multiple tasks effectively

Take ownership of local CMD tasks and contribute to wider process improvements

What You’ll Need:

Strong SAP navigation and database management skills

Excellent Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills

Ability to work independently with initiative and problem-solving ability

Fluent English; additional languages (French, Dutch, Nordic) are a bonus
