Role: Master Data ManagerLocation: Reading (Hybrid) Salary: £75,000 – £85,000Benefits: Car Allowance, Private Healthcare, Annual BonusNetwork IT are looking for a Master Data Manager, leading MDM strategy and ensuring a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) with Profisee MDM. Reporting to the Head of Data Management, you'll drive data governance, quality, and integration for data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:✔ Implement MDM & data governance policies✔ Ensure data accuracy & consistency across systems✔ Define data standards & integration strategies✔ Utilize Profisee & Azure tools (Data Factory, Data Bricks)✔ Manage data quality, privacy, and complianceExperience Required✅ Profisee MDM expertise – Hands-on experience in data governance & quality using Profisee✅ Azure proficiency – Skilled in Profisee, Data Factory, Data Bricks✅ Data stewardship – Managing match & merge, lineage, and integrity✅ Business impact focus – Building trusted data platforms for analytics & operations✅ Technical & regulatory knowledge – Understanding of data architecture & GDPR
