The Role

We’re searching for a dynamic and energetic marketing executive and recruitment resourcer and admin to join our CEO

The Consultant will help expand a team and support with duties such as CRM management, Candidate sourcing, diary management, social media management, email marketing and company growth planning

The Consultant will also be responsible for managing relationships with candidates, including interviewing new candidates and managing those registered on the profile.


* Utilise and manage available software to create a variety of external marketing campaigns to generate further interest in our client as a brand.

* Influence the marketing strategy, determine and prioritise opportunities.

* Helping manage and grow social and marketing channels

* Updating Job adverts and keeping CRM up to date

* emailing candidates with updates on opportunities

* Sourcing candidates through Linkedin and Job boards

* Managing diary and travel plans of CEO

* Generating revenue by making placements

* Identifying business opportunities by speaking to candidates

* Organising and attending meetings with prospective client

* · Developing existing relationships

* Sending CVs to clients, for existing roles or on a speculative basis

* Developing an understanding of the market

· Researching news and developments affecting the PropTech, saas industry in order to build knowledge and credibility within the marketplace

· Proactively acting upon information gathered from candidates, clients, and research

· Selling the services offered by Jowster to potential clients over the phone and during meetings

· Writing and posting technical job descriptions

· Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms

· Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
