Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a M365 Tester to join Liverpool City Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday,

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers and business users to design, develop, and execute test scripts aligned with business requirements.

*

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing across Microsoft 365 applications and services.

*

Identify, log, and manage defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

*

Test integrations between M365, D365, and existing business systems to ensure seamless functionality.

*

Utilise testing tools such as Azure DevOps to manage test cycles and support collaborative working.

*

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Microsoft 365 developments, tools, and best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

*

Substantial experience testing Microsoft 365 applications, including: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Dynamics, and CoPilot.

*

Strong understanding of the technical architecture of M365, including integration, customisation, and troubleshooting.

*

Proven experience in functional, regression, and performance testing.
