IT Support Engineer

HQ – Harrogate (Office-Based) – need to be local to Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Salary – circa £28k – £30k

Are you an inquisitive IT pro with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for modern tech? Our client is looking for a self-driven IT Support Engineer to join the Harrogate-based team.

You’ll work alongside a sharp team of consultants to provide top-tier remote and telephone support for a diverse client base.

What you’ll bring to the table:

* Proven Experience: 2+ years in IT support managing varied network sizes.

* Certified Skills: At least one in-date Microsoft cert (like AZ700).

* Tech Fluency: Strong knowledge of Windows 11, M365, and Microsoft Server OS.

* Growth Mindset: A self-driven approach to training and a genuine curiosity for "what's next."
