Lead QA Engineer

I'm working with a large software consultancy business based in Dublin who is looking for a Lead QA Engineer (automation) for a 6 month contract with possible extension.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a well-known organisation as well as a competitive daily rate of €500 per day and hybrid working ( 1 day on site per week)

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of testers, encouraging success and efficiency
Create test cases to identify areas that require improvement in line with the test plan for both automated and manual testing .
Work with other technical teams in order to complete project specific testing in line with agreed deadlines.
Use debugging tools to identify and isolate potential bugs
Develop a testing strategy that will cover all stages of the developmental lifecycle.Requirements:

Experience of working in an agile environment, analysing complex solutions and creating the appropriate test strategies
Proven Manual and Automated testing experience
Experience of testing applications across Desktop and Mobile devices
Experience of working with a variety of software languages e.g. Python
