Lead Product Manager – Remote CET 3 hours – £86k – £150k DOE, (€100k – €175k)

With over 20 million users this platform is looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive innovation in areas like group chat, AI voice and video calls, avatars, AR/VR, and AI video generation.

You'll lead complex product launches from start to finish translating bold ideas into features users love.

From virtual avatars and to AI content tools, you'll partner with designers, engineers, and ML/AI teams to make it happen.

In this role, you will:

Own product planning and delivery end-to-end
Lead development of avatar, AI media, and immersive UX features
Work closely with AI/ML teams to bring breakthrough ideas to life
Define KPIs and use data to guide decisions and optimise performance
Conduct user research to uncover deep insights
Stay ahead of trends in consumer, UGC, and gaming marketsYou'll thrive if you have:

3+ years as a PM working on avatars, video, images, or AI-generated content
Proven experience delivering 0→1 features with complex UX
Background in consumer, gaming, creative tools, or UGC platforms
Experience with 3D fashion, digital self-expression, or AR/VR
Familiarity working alongside ML/AI teams
