Job Summary: Lead Developer – Azure .Net, C#, Java

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure .Net, C#, and Java, and will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Development Efforts: Oversee and guide the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful and timely completion of projects.

Architecture and Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure software solutions, leveraging Azure cloud services, .Net, C#, and Java technologies.

Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and address any issues or concerns.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement them within the team.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Azure .Net, C#, and Java.

Leadership: Proven experience in a lead developer role, managing and mentoring a team of developers.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Azure cloud services, .Net framework, C#, and Java programming languages.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications in Azure, .Net, or Java technologies.

Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments.

DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
