Lead Business Analyst (Health Tech)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Business Analyst to join our client's esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a crucial liaison between our client's healthcare clients, the development team, and strategic decision-makers within the company. You will act as a leader foall the Business Analysts within the company.

Your expertise will be instrumental in effectively communicating the benefits of adopting our software products to medical professionals, clinicians, and hospital staff. You will lead a team of Business Analysts, playing an important role in the launch, adoption and future enhancements of two new innovative health-tech Software products.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support the entire product lifecycle

– Contribute to determining the strategic direction of the company

– Manage team of Senior Business Analysts – set objectives and help develop their careers

– Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.

– Translate client requirements into actionable insights for the development team.

– Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.

– Assist the Product Owner in developing training programs and materials for end-users.

– Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

– Conduct critical evaluations of information gathered from various sources within the company and the wider industry.

– Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process.

Requirements:

– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

– Proven experience in the Health Tech industry.

– Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, and industry standards.

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

– Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.

– Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
