Job Title: L1.5 Intune & EUC SME – 100% Onsite
Location: Kent
Contract: 4 months contract, possibility of extension
Start: ASAP
Rate/Salary: competitive, inside IR35

🚀 The Role

We're looking for an experienced L1.5 EUC/Intune SME to support a number of users onsite for our client in Kent. You’ll handle device setup, user onboarding, and day-to-day support across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Intune.

🔧 Key Duties

* Laptop handover & user onboarding

* Hypercare & 1st line support

* Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 issues

* Intune device management

* Application access & coordination with app teams

* CMDB updates

* Printer, Exchange, AV & basic network support

* User account creation

✅ Requirements

* Hands-on Intune and EUC experience

* Strong support skills in Windows 10/11

* Excellent troubleshooting & customer service

* Comfortable working fully onsite in Kent
