We require a junior support engineer to provide additional capacity for our School ICT Support Service. The candidate will be primarily office-based responding to support tickets but may on occasion be required to provide support onsite in schools. They need to be an excellent communicator as well as having a high level of technical competency and the ability to work quickly and methodically through assigned tasks, following local procedures.
Good Microsoft Windows and O365 are essential
You will need to undergo basic security vetting.
