Junior ServiceNow Developer

Location: London, Glasgow, Manchester (Hybrid 3-4 days a week dependent client)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

The role: You will be involved in all technical aspects of implementation of Service Management, Service Integration and Management solutions for our existing and prospective clients using the ServiceNow Platform. Your role requires that you have good knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and the technologies used within it to achieve your development deliverables in line with business requirements.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Core involvement in the technical implementation of ServiceNow using:
* Development of new ServiceNow Applications, solutions and Services with support and guidance from Senior Developers as required.

* Take ownership of defined business requirements and work them to completion with the support of the ServiceNow Business Analyst and Senior Developer.

Skills

* Exposure in administering ServiceNow Platform

* Scripting – JavaScript

* Exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum environment

* Good communication skills (written and speaking skills)

* Good attention to detail

* Understanding of relational database concepts

* ITIL Foundation Certified

* ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist

* Certified Application Developer

* Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Useful but not essential

* IT Service Management (ITSM)

* Human Resources (HRSD)

* Customer Service Management (CSM)

* Common Service Data Model (CSDM)

* Configuration Management (CMDB)

* Security Operations (SecOps) Certification

* GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Certification

* IT Operations Management (ITOM) Certification

SC Eligibility is preferred
